Cook BBQ frozen chicken breasts or frozen BBQ chicken wings in less than 25 minutes. Also, if you don’t have time to defrost your chicken breasts, that’s not a problem. Follow this easy recipe, and you will have dinner ready in no time. If you are wondering how to cook BBQ frozen chicken breasts? You can cook frozen anything in your iGrill or Foodi. Also, the results of your proteins are tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We try to live a organic and natural lifestyle; therefore we eat organic, natural foods and pasture-raised skinless chicken breasts grilled in an iGrill until caramelized. If you meal-prep, make a batch ahead of time and store them in the fridge in an airtight container.
