Making the change toward living a healthier and all natural lifestyle is a journey.  Therefore, you can start by making small changes like read the label before you buy food or cleaning products, use up the cleaning products you have in your home, and going forward buy clean products.  In fact, there is no need to make all changes overnight.

 Finally, all families are different, and your circumstances are also different; therefore, it is okay for you to move at your pace. For instance, one thing to keep in mind, being healthy is about consciously making daily choices that take care of your body, mind, and family. In addition, one of the most important aspects of living healthier is reducing your stress, and you will not do that by worrying about holding yourself to an unattainable standard.
