How To Make A Fruit Tray; Wash all your fruit thoroughly except the fruit that has a peel.  I use a fruit and vegetable cleaner that works excellent.  Plus, it is non-toxic. Cut your fruit, place it on the tray; Try to alternate your fruit by color when placing your fruit on your tray. What fruits are best for a fruit tray or fruit platter? Use fruits that are in season, for example, in the spring berries, apricots, kiwi, summer peaches, plums, melons, berries, fall berries, pears, apples, grapes, citrus, winter fruits grapefruit, oranges, kiwi, apples, and tropical fruits available year-round: pineapple, bananas, mango, papaya. Serve your fruit with melted chocolate or a homemade fruit dip.

Fruit platter is great for a picnic or party.

  • 1 1/2 Pounds Strawberries – Washed and into bite size pieces
  • 2 1/2 Pounds Grapes – cut into smaller clusters
  • 1 Watermelon – peeled and cut into different sized pieces
  • 1 Package of fresh blueberries

Directions:

Place the fruit around your platter or tray.  Also, if you have different colored fruit try not to place same colored fruit side-by-side.  Finally, overlap the fruit just a little.

To maintain freshness, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Hope you enjoy this healthy and refreshing snack.
