DIY Lavender Bath Salts Recipe

Pamper yourself and unwind in a soothing bath with homemade Lavender Eucalyptus Bath Salt or Shower Bath Bombs.  Also, they are pretty simple to make.  Additionally, essential oils have many beneficial properties for the skin, anxiety, pain relief, and cleaning.  Furthermore, you can make a big batch and use it later, or they make a perfect DIY gift for most occasions.  These DIY lavender bath salts are so easy to make.  Make a big batch, save the rest for your next bath, or give it as a gift.

Bundle some bath salts with homemade whipped body butter and lip balm; it will be a gift to remember long after the salt is gone.  Also, I recommend you use therapeutic-grade essential oils like Doterra because it is what I use.  Furthermore, avoid using essential oils that contain synthetic perfumes or other additives.

Benefits Of Taking A Hot Epsom Salt Bath

New research out of England suggests soaking in a hot bath is one of the best (and easiest) ways to detox,  relieve tension and reduce stress.  Also, soaking in a hot bath for 20 minutes can have comparable benefits to mild exercise.  Finally, it is just another reason to take hot relaxing baths.
