Who Makes NutriMill?
>Bosch makes NutriMill. The Nutrimill Artiste Mixer is known for being the little sister of the Bosch Mixer. Considering the Nutrimill Mixer's compactness, the belt-driven AC motor is powerful. Although the motor could be more robust, you can use many Bosch Universal Mixer attachments, which is a plus.

What's included in NutriMill Stand Mixer Box?
You get the mixer, lid, bowl, dough hook, dough extender, wire ships, and metal whip drive out of the box. The dough hook is excellent for bread and stiff batters, and we also like utilizing it to combine chocolate chips into cookie dough. The wire whips are best for incorporating air in light and fluffy things like whipped cream, egg whites, or even cake batter; care should be taken so you don't over-mix. Nutrimill Mixer Review
For the NutriMill Artiste you get two wire whips, which can be used when mixing ingredients, and one metal whip driver, which can be used to knead the dough. It is a safe and stable stand mixer – the suction cup feet keep it from “walking” off the counter with 6 lbs batches of dough.

Nutrimill Review – Here is a brief breakdown of what the most popular stand-mixing accessories are capable of doing:
Dough hook
The dough hook is used to knead a dough that needs air to rise. If you love making bread, this feature is a complete game changer.
Wire Whisk
Wire whisks are an essential accessory for your stand mixer. They make whatever you are mixing fluffier and can be used when mixing frosting, cake batter, and butter!
Flat Beater
As opposed to the wire whisk, the flat beater does the opposite. If you do not want to aerate the batter you are working with, use the flat beater! It’s best used when mixing cold batter, such as cookie dough and cream cheese.

Additional Accessories For The Nutrimill Artiste Mixer:
The Nutrimill Artiste Attachments – offer various options when it comes to available attachments. The additional attachments available are:

cake paddles;
bowl scraper;
ice cream maker;
slicer shredder;
mini dough hook;

citrus juicer attachment; slicer shredder attachment;
spiralizer; and

Nutrimill Mixer, What it's best for?
The Nutrimill did great with cinnamon rolls, bread, cookies, and mashed potatoes.
Nutrimill Artiste Mixer Products Worth the Extra Cost:
If you use your Nutrimill Artiste Stand Mixer often, we highly recommend purchasing cookie paddles, cake paddles, and bowl scraper. Because the cookie paddles work great for mixing thicker doughs, they don't whip butter the greatest, but their construction enables them to hold up to thick doughs such as cookie dough.
The cake paddles work very well for batters and incorporate more air than other cookie paddles. Last, we cannot stop recommending the bowl scraper enough! It is essential and makes utilizing your Nutrimill much easier! It decreases the need for extra bowl scraping and nudges the ingredients to stay down in the bowl. Finally, an added plus is that your ingredients combine better.
Nutrimill Mixer Maintenance:
The bowl, lid, and splash ring are dishwasher safe, although other parts, like the wire whips, cake paddles, and cookie paddles, are dishwasher safe but should be washed on the top rack. At the same time, most attachments are handwash exclusively, and that's because most Nutrimill parts are made of plastic which could melt or warp in the dishwasher.
Due to oxidization, the dough hook and metal drive piece should not go in the dishwasher, rendering them useless. It can be hard to track what parts are and need to be dishwasher safe, so handwash your mixer attachments when in doubt!

NUTRIMILL ARTISTE PROS AND CONS
After using the Nutrimill Artiste for a few years, there are not many cons that I have been able to identify. Below are some of the things I love and just a couple of things I would change about the mixer:
NUTRIMILL ARTISTE PROS
- Easy to use functions
- Easy to clean
- Powerful motor
- Smaller footprint than some other high-end stand mixers
- It comes with a variety of attachments
NUTRIMILL ARTISTE CONS
- The mixing bowl isn't dishwasher safe
- It's hard to get the retractable cord back into the base of the mixer

Tips On How To Use:
The Nutrimill needs help to whip cold butter; mentioned on the nutrimill.com website says explicitly not to put cold butter into the mixers. Therefore, this means that frostings and other recipes that call for cold or slightly chilled butter won't work in a Nutrimill, but there is a workaround.
Instead of cold butter or cream cheese, use room-temperature butter or cream cheese and make your frosting normal. Once mixed, please place it in the fridge to chill for a bit; this will help it set up better. Also, instead of using your Nutrimill artiste attachment made from plastic, use the metal driver for added strength instead.
Final Thoughts On Kitchen Mixer Review
Nutrimill Artiste Mixer Reviews – I recommend this mixer for the money and the functionality. Note that the NutriMill Artiste can fulfill various kitchen duties with minimal effort. Whether you are a regular or seasonal baker, there are many ways you could benefit from owning a stand mixer. You can use it to beat a big batch of eggs for breakfast—scrambled eggs or omelets.
I previously owned a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer but didn't like how heavy it was. The Artiste Mixer is so much lighter. I keep the mixer tucked away in a kitchen cabinet for easy access. Overall, stand mixers are efficient, versatile, and easy to use, warranting them a spot on the shelf of any baker’s kitchen cabinet.
