The Best Sauteed Green Beans Recipe
I have always thought cooking sauteed green beans was hard. Plus, I had never found a good recipe on how to saute fresh green beans. For some reason, I always seem to overcook my green beans. Furthermore, they get soggy and not so good. Until recently, I wouldn't buy fresh green beans until now, Preparing fresh green beans in a skillet is so easy and they taste so good.

We now eat sauteed green beans all the time. Although, we only make fresh sauteed string beans because they end up outstanding. My husband said the sauteed green beans were restaurant quality. We had these green beans, cauliflower mash with some pork chops. Yum!

- 2 tablespoons and 3/4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1-1/4 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 3/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- freshly ground pepper to taste
